- Account information: Email address (used for login via OTP verification code).
- Application data: Visa type, nationality, documents you upload, and information you provide to our AI advisor.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the AI visa advisor service and auto-fill functionality.
- Process payments via Stripe.
- Send OTP verification codes for login.
- Improve our products and content.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network. All connections use HTTPS. Uploaded documents are stored securely and only accessible to your account.
4. Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Resend: Email delivery for OTP codes.
- AI Models: Conversation data is sent to AI providers for processing. We do not use your data to train models.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: va_jwt (authentication, 7-day) and va_lang (language preference, 1-year). No tracking or advertising cookies.
