VisaField provides AI-powered visa application assistance, including an AI advisor, document verification, and automated form filling. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with any government immigration authority.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
VisaField helps you prepare your visa application but does not guarantee approval. All visa decisions are made solely by the respective government immigration authorities.
3. Payment
- Payment is required per visa application and is processed via Stripe.
- Prices are displayed in USD and may be shown in local currency via Stripe's adaptive pricing.
- Refund requests must be made by contacting support. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information.
- You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
5. Limitation of Liability
VisaField provides information and tools on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any visa application outcomes, delays, or losses arising from the use of our service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
